Who we are

This policy covers the BarMetric website (barmetric.co) and related email updates from BarMetric and Last Call Social, operated by Allyson Renee / Last Call Social.

What we collect

We only collect what we need to run this site and stay in touch when you ask us to:

• Email address — if you subscribe to BarMetric or Last Call Social updates
• Booking details — if you schedule a research call through Calendly (handled by Calendly under their own privacy policy)
• Basic site traffic info — page views and related usage data via Google Analytics and Netlify Analytics, plus the usual hosting and security logs our provider (Netlify) may keep to keep the site running

We don’t ask for payment info on this site. We don’t scrape your POS or bar data from this landing page.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Send the newsletters or updates you signed up for
• Respond if you reach out or book a call
• Improve the site and our research conversations

That’s it. No shady side hustles with your inbox.

We don’t sell your data

We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or anyone else looking to turn your email into a commodity. Doing that is stupid and wrong. If you’re here as a bar or restaurant operator trusting us with a conversation or a signup, we treat that trust as non-negotiable.

When we share (rarely)

We use a few tools to operate the site—like Netlify for hosting and forms, and Calendly for scheduling. Those providers only get what’s needed to do their job, under their own terms. We don’t hand your info to random third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Call and research notes are kept only as long as they’re useful for the work you’re helping us with.

Your choices

You can:

• Unsubscribe from emails anytime (every message will have a way out)
• Ask us what we have on file about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it

Kids

This site is for adults who run bars and restaurants. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top. The “we don’t sell your data” part isn’t going anywhere.
